Multi-layer sintered metal mesh is formed with multi-layer metal woven wire mesh through the special laminated pressing and vacuum sintering technology, which is a new type of filtration medium with high mechanical strength and the integral rigid structure. Its interlaced mesh of each layer forms a uniform and ideal filtration structure. It not only overcomes the disadvantages of the ordinary metal screen, such as low strength, poor rigidity and unstable mesh shape, but also is able to make a reasonable matching and design according to pore size, permeability and strength characteristics of the material. Thus this kind of material has an excellent filtering precision, filtration resistance, mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, heat resistance and processability. And its comprehensive performance is obviously better than sintered metal powder, ceramics, fiber, cloth filter, filter paper and other types of filter material.
